For best performance to an old 3 stage pump, change the intake grate to the new style,
and change the back impeller to a #4. This will drop the rpm. And increase performance.

When using a 3 stage jet with a 496 engine for best performance a 1XL Impeller
(K700550) required.

To order the new 2002 model pump use 231554-92. This indicates the new model. The
two stage pump will be 221, and the single stage will be 211.
